UNIVERSALIST FOUNDATION AND PROTECTION OF RIGHTS

Abstract

The work is based on the universalist foundation of rights in human nature and, therefore, from the consideration that the holders of human rights are each and every member of the human species, that is, all specific human beings, real, existing. This would consist of the vocation for universality inherent to the concept of human rights since its origins.
Based on these premises, the work addresses the main chal­lenges that arise in the field of human rights research and also in the field of their implementation to ensure that this universal­ity is effective.
